Thou shalt:
- Honour thy body by choosing a healthy balanced diet with variety.
- Partake liberally of vegetables, salads, fruit and legumes.
- Quench thy thirst with eight glasses of water each day.
- Say ‘No’ to greasy sustenance that’s loaded with trans and saturated fats.
- Stop sprinkling chicken salt on chips or salt on your meals before you taste them.
- Use sugar lightly and expunge thy sweet tooth.
- Eat foods close to nature – avoid refined and processed fare.
- Imbibe alcohol in moderation.
- Obey thy stomach and don’t eat portions that are too large for it.
- Deny thyself too much caffeine.
